Support

Report a problem, ask for a feature or ask a question, and read crux support's replies.

Settings > Support holds your conversations with crux support: bug reports, feature requests and questions, and their replies.

Write to crux support

  1. In any chat, tell crux, for example "report this to crux support", and say what happened.
  2. crux writes a Draft to crux support in the chat: Subject, Message, Your name and Company, and what else is attached (for example the version you have).
  3. Read it and change anything you like. Nothing is sent until you click Send to crux support. Discard throws it away.

If the internet is down, the draft says Waiting to send and crux sends it by itself when the internet is back (Try again now tries at once).

Replies

Replies come from crux support and show up here, under Conversations, and in your chat. A number on Support in the Settings menu (and a dot on the gear) means a reply you have not read.

  • Check for replies checks right away. The line under it says when crux last checked.
  • Reply to crux support answers in the same conversation, then Send reply.
  • Not sent yet lists drafts you have not sent: Open goes to the chat that has it.

What crux support can see

Only what you send. Your bid documents stay on your computer. crux support never sees your chats unless you paste something into a message.
