Settings > Chat is about how the chat works with you.

When onboarding finishes#

crux reads a new job's documents and writes its binder in the background. Send me a wrap-up in the job's chat when onboarding finishes decides what happens when it is done.

• On (the default): once the documents are read and the binder is written, crux posts one message in the job's chat, marked as from crux: the bid date and who it goes to, the sections found and missing, the open questions, and buttons for what to do next. It waits until the chat is free and never sends twice for the same job. If no chat of that job is open, a card offers Show the wrap-up.
• Off: nothing is sent. Ask crux in the chat whenever you like.

Clicking one of the wrap-up's next-step buttons sends it as your message.
