Company

Settings > Company holds your company's details, logo and your own contact details. Every estimate, proposal and letter carries these, never crux branding.

Your company and You#

• Company logo: Upload logo… (PNG or JPEG), then Use this logo. Change logo… replaces it. Optional, but your letters look better with it.
• Your company: company name, office email, office phone, and mailing address (as it should print on your letterhead, one line per row).
• You: your name, What should crux call you? (optional), your title and your email. You are the person who signs the letters and answers questions about your bids.
• More details (optional): legal name, fax, website, proposals valid for (days), union affiliation, license and registration numbers, certifications, trades you do with your own crews, and where you work. Fill these in when you have them.

Click Save at the bottom. Until you do, the bar says Changes not saved yet. Undo changes goes back to what was saved.

Pack company files#

Files and settings a pack keeps for your company: letterhead, brand, fonts, knowledge and templates. They arrive with a pack, or with a company profile file from a coworker. A line marked that pack is not installed here is kept but not used on this computer. Remove takes one away (you are asked first).
